How much does the agent use?
OxiPulse uses less than 15 MB of RAM and under 1% CPU, even on small 2 GB servers.
Do I need to open any ports?
No. The agents connect out to the dashboard, and heartbeats are sent by your own job.
Does a heartbeat prove the backup can be restored?
No. It confirms the job finished and sent its ping. To know a backup works, you have to restore it.
Is it useful if my app stays on Vercel?
Yes. It watches the server where you keep your database, cron jobs or workers, and the uptime of any public URL.
